Improve muscle strength and tone with Exercise Programs at the Gym


Monol’s gym can accommodate up to 15 students. It has a variety of exercise machines and equipment for the different needs of the students. Apart from using the gym to stay fit, students can also sign up for classes provided by the academy’s gym instructor. These classes, just like yoga and Pilates, are alternative to self-study, which is done from 19:00-21:00.

What you can learn at the Monol gym:

  • Body building exercises
  • Weight training
  • Boxing
  • Self-defense
  • Mixed martial arts

Get better flexibility and posture with Yoga and Pilates Classes

Monol has a spacious yoga room that can accommodate up to 16 students. Those who wish to learn can sign up for the Yoga and Pilates classes done every Mondays to Fridays from 17:00-21:00. These classes can be the students’ alternative to self-study as well. Apart from Yoga and Pilates, the room now has 3 treadmills, which are exclusively for female students’ use.
